SEASONS
PVH Management categorizes the year into three (3) seasons.
Low: Jan 09 - June 30 (excluding Easter & Chinese New Year period), Sept 16 - Dec 19
High: Jul 01 - Jul 31, Sept 01 - Sept 15, Easter & Chinese New Year Week
Peak: Aug 01 - Aug 31, Dec 20 - Jan 08 (Christmas & New Year period)
PAYMENTS:
- - A deposit of 50% of the rental must be received by PVH Management within two (2) working days after the relevant invoice & payment instructions have been given to the client. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled. If a deposit is not received within this time, it is within the discretion of the owner to cancel the booking.
- - Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior arrival (or 60 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings). If the balance payment is not received by the due date, the PVH Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the client’s deposit.
- - In the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, whichever comes first.
- - All payments must be made in USD. Payments options are: 1. Telex Transfer, 2. Cash & 3. Credit Card
- - Payments by Traveler's Cheque, other currencies or personal cheque, will not be accepted
* All correspondence should be between management company and main booking contact to avoid any confusionCANCELATIONS:
* Booking contact needs to provide full names for each individual amounts payable in USD
* All relevant payment documentation needs to received by the due date on the invoice
- - Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate PVH Management for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate the PVH for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.
- - Notice of cancellation must be received by PVH Management in writing.
- - Final payments are non-refundable.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
PROVISIONS AND STAFF
All villas we represent have a minimum of two domestic household staff. All our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensils etc.
